Chef Lala’s Tri-Guac Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 large Hass avocados, pitted, diced
- 3 medium Roma tomatoes, medium dice
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 3 ounces red onion, medium dice (¼ medium onion)
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 large jalapeño, minced
- 3 ounces jicama, peeled, medium dice (¼ medium jicama)
- 1 large mango, ripe, peeled, medium dice
- 3 ounces medium-size shrimp, cooked, peeled
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, water, lime and salt and jalapeño.
- In three separate bowls separately place the jicama, mango and shrimp. Divide the basic guac into each of the three separate bowls. Stir to combine.
