Chicken Cotija with Red Sauce

- Chicken cutlet
- Cotija cheese
- CHEF LALA HOMEMADE Tomato – Serrano Red Sauce
Preparation
- Prepare chicken cutlets to your preference (breaded or not).
- Spoon a desired amount of CHEF LALA HOMEMADE Tomato – Serrano Red Sauce on each one.
- top them with a slice (or crumbles if you prefer) of cotija cheese. If you can’t find cotija cheese, use mozzarella or any other white melting cheese.
- Broil for 2–3 minutes until cheese starts to melt.
Turkey Burgers
/Ingredients
- ½ cup of Chef Lala Homemade Carne Asada Marinade
- ½ cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 large beaten egg
- 20 oz. of ground turkey
Preparation
- Mix ½ cup of Chef Lala Homemade Carne Asada Marinade (removing large slices of garlic if desired), ½ cup of breadcrumbs, 1 large beaten egg, and 20 oz. of ground turkey.
- Form into patties and grill or broil until cooked through.
Chef’s Note: Works well with ground beef too…make small patties and make them sliders! .
