Ingredients

  • Chicken cutlet
  • Cotija cheese
  • CHEF LALA HOMEMADE Tomato – Serrano Red Sauce

Preparation

  1. Prepare chicken cutlets to your preference (breaded or not).
  2. Spoon a desired amount of CHEF LALA HOMEMADE Tomato – Serrano Red Sauce on each one.
  3. top them with a slice (or crumbles if you prefer) of cotija cheese. If you can’t find cotija cheese, use mozzarella or any other white melting cheese.
  4. Broil for 2–3 minutes until cheese starts to melt.

  • ½ cup of Chef Lala Homemade Carne Asada Marinade
  • ½ cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 large beaten egg
  • 20 oz. of ground turkey

Preparation

  1. Mix ½ cup of Chef Lala Homemade Carne Asada Marinade (removing large slices of garlic if desired), ½ cup of breadcrumbs, 1 large beaten egg, and 20 oz. of ground turkey.
  2. Form into patties and grill or broil until cooked through.

Chef’s Note: Works well with ground beef too…make small patties and make them sliders! .
